• Breed Research and Commitment: By proceeding with this purchase, you acknowledge that you have conducted thorough research on the Great Dane breed. You affirm your commitment to provide the necessary resources for proper health care, socialization, and training of the puppy.

• Reservation of Rights: Ohana Great Danes of Michigan reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to any individual at any time and for any reason. This reservation includes, but is not limited to, instances where we choose to retain a puppy for our breeding program, we identify a home that we deem more suitable for a specific puppy, or we find discrepancies or concerns within your application.
